Do what you do best:

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY You take responsibility for the quality of our product and actively shape the further development of our testing processes
BE AGILE As part of a self-organized Scrum team, you are responsible for tests at all levels – with a focus on developing automated test solutions
THINK AHEAD You consistently develop the test strategy together with experienced test engineers.
WORK NETWORKED You participate in cross-departmental coordination
SET GOALS You work hand in hand with your team, support the definition of clear acceptance criteria, and accompany their implementation until approval.

What we appreciate about you:

Successfully completed training in IT specialist informatics, application development, or IT administration, successfully completed computer science studies, or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in software development – ideally in software testing
In-depth knowledge in the areas of test automation, test conception, test strategy, error management, and test case creation
Enthusiasm for designing, developing, and maintaining test frameworks
Enjoy writing automated component and functional tests
Experience with at least one scripting language – ideally Python or PowerShell
Confident handling of tools and frameworks for test automation (ideally TestComplete, xUnit)
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Our doing:

Programming languages: current object-oriented programming languages C# and Python
Development environments: Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, unit test frameworks, or Git
Nice to have: knowledge in .NET (Core), SQL Server, and ISTQB certification
Client-server applications: WPF, Windows API, WCF, Microsoft web frameworks, and other web technologies

Bring mit, was wir an dir schätzen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT-Fachinformatik, in der Anwendungsentwicklung oder IT-Administration, erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation 
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung – idealerweise im Softwaretest 
Fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Testautomatisierung, Testkonzeption, Teststrategie, Fehlermanagement und Testfallerstellung 
Begeisterung für das Konzipieren, Weiterentwickeln und Pflegen von Test-Frameworks 
Freude am Schreiben von automatisierten Komponenten- und Funktionstests 
Erfahrungen im Umgang mit mindestens einer Skriptsprache - idealerweise Python oder PowerShell 
Sicherer Umgang mit Tools und Frameworks zur Test-Automation (idealerweise TestComplete, xUnit)
