Do what you do best:
  • SUPPORT CUSTOMERS: Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for users of the baramundi Management Suite
  • SOLVE ISSUES: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to endpoint management, patching, software deployment and system integration
  • CONNECT TEAMS: Act as a liaison between U.S. customers and German support teams to ensure smooth communication and escalation
  • SHARE KNOWLEDGE: Document troubleshooting steps, solutions and best practices in our internal knowledge base
  • ENABLE SUCCESS: Support onboarding activities and collaborate with the U.S. team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • STAY CURRENT: Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up to date with new releases and features
  • IMPROVE PROCESSES: Contribute to feedback loops and process improvements between customers, Product Management and R&D
What we appreciate about you:
  • Professional experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, networking and endpoint management solutions
  • Experience with UEM, ITSM or security software is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • German language skills are a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team
  • Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to coordinate with German colleagues
