Tu, was du am besten kannst:

AUTOMATISIERUNG & PIPELINES Du planst, implementierst und betreibst CI/CD-Pipelines für eine effiziente Softwarebereitstellung. Du automatisierst Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozesse in hybriden Infrastrukturen (On-Premise und Cloud)
SYSTEM-OPTIMIERUNG Du überwachst und optimierst die Performance, Stabilität und Sicherheit unserer Systeme und sorgst für reibungslose Deployments in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs- und IT-Operations-Teams
MONITORING & LOGGING Du baust und pflegst Monitoring-, Logging- und Alerting-Systeme und gestaltest Infrastrukturarchitekturen mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Ausfallsicherheit und Sicherheit
DEVOPS-KULTUR Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer DevOps-Kultur und automatisierst interne Prozesse, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu ermöglichen

Bring mit, was wir an dir schätzen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich DevOps, Systemadministration oder Softwareentwicklung
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung und im Infrastructure-as-Code
Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien und Orchestrierung (Docker, Kubernetes)
Sicherer Umgang mit CI/CD-Tools wie Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
Routine im Umgang mit Cloud-Plattformen
Gute Kenntnisse in Scripting-Sprachen (PowerShell, Bash oder Python) und Programmiersprachen (C#, C++)

Do what you do best:

AUTOMATION & PIPELINES You plan, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery. You automate build, test, and deployment processes in hybrid infrastructures (on-premises and cloud)
SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION You monitor and optimize the performance, stability, and security of our systems and ensure smooth deployments in close collaboration with development and IT operations teams
MONITORING & LOGGING You build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems and design infrastructure architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security
DEVOPS CULTURE You support the further development of our DevOps culture and automate internal processes to enable continuous improvement

What we appreciate about you:

Successfully completed degree in computer science or a similar field of study
Several years of professional experience in DevOps, system administration, or software development
In-depth knowledge of automation and infrastructure as code
Experience with container technologies and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Confident use of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable solutions
Routine experience with cloud platforms
Good knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and programming languages (C#, C++)
Basic understanding of network technologies, IT security, and monitoring
Experience with version control systems (Git), branching strategies, and agile methods (Scrum)
High level of initiative, analytical thinking, and enjoyment of automation and optimization
Good knowledge of security and compliance (secrets management, vulnerability scanning)
