baramundi is systematically expanding into the enterprise segment. This includes organizations with more than 5,000 employees that rely on enterprise-grade capabilities but do not want unnecessary complexity. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you are the key to opening doors in this segment. You acquire new enterprise customers, build long-term relationships at the decision-maker level, and work with our Key Account Managers to strategically develop existing customers - even across different locations, subsidiaries, and business units.

The focus of this role is not on traditional product demos, but on strategic work at the decision-maker level. You think in long cycles, work in a structured manner, and know that true sales are driven by relevance, clarity, and relationships - not by pressure.

Do what you do best:


  • ACQUIRING NEW ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS You work with a defined list of target customers and actively develop new enterprise accounts, replacing opportunism with structure
  • ENGAGING DECISION-MAKERS – NOT JUST EXPLAINING FEATURES You build relationships at the CIO, CISO, and IT executive levels and address strategic challenges rather than individual product features
  • MANAGING COMPLEX ENTERPRISE OPPORTUNITIES You qualify and develop opportunities using a structured sales operating model (e.g., MEDDPICC), and identify buying centers, decision-making processes, and risks early on
  • DEVELOP EXISTING CUSTOMERS Together with Key Account Management, you unlock further growth potential with existing customers—across additional locations, subsidiaries, and business units
  • STRATEGICALLY POSITION ENTRY-LEVEL PRODUCTS You use structured entry points to build trust and create clarity before major investment decisions are made
  • WORK CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY You work closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Presales along a shared customer journey—from initial contact to closing
  • CREATE TRANSPARENCY You maintain the pipeline, forecasts, and documentation accurately in the CRM and ensure clarity regarding status, risks, and next steps
  • HANDING OFF KNOWLEDGE CLEARLY After the contract is signed, you hand off accounts to the Key Account Manager in a structured and context-rich manner - within clear timeframes


What we appreciate about you:

  • Several years of experience in complex B2B sales (software or SaaS) with a proven track record of closing deals in the enterprise or large-account sector
  • Experience with long sales cycles (9–24 months), multiple decision-makers, and complex buying centers
  • Confident demeanor at the C-level - you engage with CIOs and CISOs on an equal footing regarding risk, compliance, and strategic IT topics
  • Structured opportunity qualification - MEDDPICC or comparable frameworks are second nature to you
  • Strong hunter mentality: You actively and systematically build networks
  • The ability to combine patience with persistence - staying on track without being pushy
  • Analytical thinking and clear prioritization of your accounts
  • Very good German skills and business-fluent English
