Do what you do best:
- SUPPORTING ACCOUNTING You will assist our accounting experts with day-to-day operations (P2P / O2C) and ensure structured, smooth workflows
- WORKING WITH PRECISION You will carefully review incoming invoices, travel expense reports, and credit card statements to ensure they are complete and accurate
- CREATING STRUCTURE You will assist with maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable data and clearly organize open items and overviews of cases requiring clarification
- ENSURING TRANSPARENCY You follow up on missing documents and approvals and ensure that everything is complete and traceable
- PREPARING ANALYSES You prepare account overviews, transaction analyses, and reconciliation files in a structured manner and supplement them in a traceable way
- IMPROVING PROCESSES You will help further develop work instructions and checklists and make processes more efficient and scalable.
- MAINTAINING ORDER You will ensure structured, audit-ready documentation and that all content is prepared in an audit-ready and transparent manner.
- DRIVING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION You analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for automation, and actively contribute to the further development of tools and workflows (e.g., NAV, JobRouter, DocuWare)
