The baramundi Management Suite is a powerful product—but in the mid-market, it’s not the presentation that matters, but the ability to truly understand a customer’s needs. As a Sales Executive – Mid-Market, you’ll acquire new customers with up to 5,000 employees and further develop existing accounts by identifying challenges, devising suitable solution scenarios, and making the business value of our solutions tangible.
You’ll take on qualified appointments set up by our SDR team and conduct discussions about the customer’s actual requirements—from IT to OT. In doing so, you don’t just present products; you link specific challenges to the relevant value-added benefits of our portfolio. You take independent responsibility for your opportunities and close them with structure, clarity, and commitment.
You’ll work in both direct and channel sales and be part of a collaborative team that shares knowledge, supports one another, and achieves success together.

Do what you do best:


  • ACQUIRING NEW MID-MARKET CUSTOMERS You will acquire new customers in the mid-market segment within the Bavaria sales region and strategically develop existing customer relationships—through both direct and channel sales.
  • UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER NEEDS AND DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS You’ll conduct in-depth customer meetings, analyze challenges, and work with customers to develop suitable solution scenarios. In doing so, you’ll translate product features into concrete business benefits.
  • VALUE- AND SOLUTION-ORIENTED SALES You present the baramundi portfolio based on the customer’s actual needs and focus on the added value of our solutions—rather than highlighting individual features.
  • STRUCTURED CLOSING OF OPPORTUNITIES You manage your sales opportunities independently—from qualification through the proposal phases to a successful close. Prioritization, planning, and forecasting are naturally part of your daily routine.
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH SDR AND PRESALES You’ll work closely with our SDR team, provide feedback on the quality of appointments, and ensure a smooth handoff. For more technically complex requirements, you’ll involve Presales early on and in a targeted manner.
  • TRACKING SALES ACTIVITIES You consistently document sales activities, status, and next steps in the CRM and ensure transparency in your pipeline and forecast.
  • LEVERAGING MARKETING AND EVENT ACTIVITIES You support campaigns, trade shows, and roadshows as part of your sales work, collaborating closely with Marketing and Events.
  • IMPLEMENTING SALES STRATEGIES You align your actions with the strategic goals of Sales Europe and contribute to the sustainable and successful development of the sales organization.


What we appreciate about you:


  • You have experience in B2B sales, ideally use the MEDDICC method, and have successfully sold software or other technical solutions that require explanation.
  • An understanding of value- and solution-oriented selling—you identify customer needs and translate them into relevant business benefits
  • A structured and self-directed work style with a good sense of priorities
  • A solid understanding of IT topics, ideally in the areas of IT infrastructure or Unified Endpoint Management, or the motivation to quickly get up to speed
  • Confident and authentic demeanor—you convince others through substance, not showmanship
  • Self-motivation, commitment, and a passion for taking on responsibility
  • Team spirit and a willingness to share knowledge and achieve success together
  • Willingness to travel, as well as very good German and good English skills
